If your property is currently managed by another agent we are able to arrange for the management agreement to be transferred at any time without cost or penalty from the previous agent. You do not even need to talk to the previous agent - leave it all up to us.

We shall contact your previous property manager, arrange for the collection of your file and any keys, statements or invoices they may be holding and then contact your tenant.

Once we have received the management of the property we will arrange to inspect the property and provide a written report as to the condition and any maintenance or repairs which may be required.
